Shipping policy
Regarding shipping fees:
Shipping fees for your purchased items will be a flat rate within Japan, depending on the total purchase amount, as follows:

| 20,000 yen ～ 49,999 yen | 400 yen |
| 50,000 yen ～ | free |
For some products, we will ship via "Nekoposu."
In such cases, shipping fees will be charged as follows:

Regarding shipping methods:
The shipping method will be determined by our store and cannot be chosen by the customer.
Regarding delivery time:
If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 2-3 business days after registration is complete. For made-to-order items, it will take about 10 days to ship. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays, so there may be delays.
Regarding damage during shipping:
We take great care in packing your items to prevent damage, but once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, there is a possibility of damage due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier error. We ask for your understanding for minor damage that does not affect the product itself.
