AOYAMA PACKAGING CENTER INC. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", or "we", "our" or "us") use, protect, and operate our customers’ personal information obtained by us when our customers (hereinafter referred to as "you", or "your") use services provided by us.

Except in the cases listed below, we will not disclose nor provide your Personal Information to any third party without your consent:

  2. Cases in which there is a need to protect the life, wellbeing, or property of an individual, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the identifiable person;
  3. Cases in which Personal Information is exchanged between affiliated companies of a company administrating us;

4. Disclosure of Personal Information, etc.

If you, the identifiable person, requests us to notify or disclose the purpose for which Personal Information is used, or to correct, add, delete content from, cease to provide to a third party, Personal Information to be disclosed, we will deal with it in good faith in compliance with laws and regulations.
However, if that disclosure leads to any one of the following, then we may not disclose that Personal Information, in whole or part, and when we determine that the disclosure is not made, we notify you to that effect without delay.

・Cases in which it is likely to harm the life, wellbeing, property, or rights or interests of the identifiable person or a third party;
・Cases in which it is likely to increasingly interfere with the proper implementation of our business; or
・Cases in which it is otherwise likely to violate laws and regulations.

The confirmation of the identifiable person or its agent is required for complaints and consultation about Personal Information or procedures of disclosure of Personal Information, etc.

 
Please note that a fee described by us is borne by you when you request us to notify or disclose the purpose for which Personal Information is used.


5. Use of SSL

When we ask you to enter your Personal Information, we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology in order to ensure the security for the purposes of protecting that information from being intercepted, disturbed, or altered.
※SSL refers to functions of protecting data from being intercepted or altered through transmission by encrypting them. The use of SSL makes it possible to send information safely.


6. Advertisement Exploiting Information of Browsing and Action History

We place the notice (advertisement) concerning our products, etc. on various sites on the Internet by exploiting an advertisement service (functions of remarketing/retargeting) carried out by an advertisement delivery provider, and deliver it to individuals who visited that sites in the past. That advertisement service use cookies to automatically obtain information of browsing history on those sites, in which case that information does not contain any personally identifiable information.
If you do not want to receive the notice (advertisement), you must have access to any of the following pages and disables the use of each of cookies. However, any change of a browser, deletion of cookies and change to a new PC are required for resetting.
